The Cottage (Finca La Cuadra) was formerly a Stable and has been lovingly restored to provide comfortable rustic accommodation and offers far-reaching views towards the local mountains and the Sierra Nevada beyond. The surrounding countryside is covered with tracks, making it an ideal spot for those who enjoy country walks.
Finca La Cuadra is in a rural spot, along an unmade country lane (dirt track) yet only 1 Kilometre away from the local By-pass, which takes you into Marbella in about 20 minutes and Malaga Airport in about 35 minutes.
The area around Finca La Cuadra, is a must for nature lovers. It is located in a beautiful part of the Andalucian countryside, which is covered with a large variety of wild flowers and herbs, like Lavender, Thyme and Sage and makes it a natural habitat for Partridge.

LOW SEASON LONG RENTALS: From Oct. 28 (2006) to March 17 (2007)
£200 per week for a 3 - 5 weeks rental. Max 4 persons.
£150 per week for a 6 - 9 weeks rental. Max 2 persons.
£125 per week for a 10 week or more rental. Max 2 persons.

Rental charge for 6+ weeks does not include Electricity, Gas or Firewood.
A starter pack of logs is provided for the stove.

CHILD TRAVEL COT: Is available for use in the Cottage at 20 Euros per Week.
Cot linen is not provided.

CHILD HIGH CHAIR: Is available at 15 Euros per Week.

On a Saturday from June 30 - September 29.
In other months, the change over days are flexible.
Arrivals are after 16.00 hrs.

Cleaning/Towels

The property is cleaned for your arrival and after your departure.
All bed linen and Bathroom towels are included except Beach towels, Pool towels and Cot linen.

All outside furniture is supplied with cushions. And for those long hot summer days, your own 8m x 4m Private Swimming Pool with underwater lighting and a paved area.

The water at the Cottage:
Is the best mineral water in this area and drinkable.
It is pump-up from our sealed well, which has a borehole 500 feet deep below the earth and filtered naturally.

A FREE WELCOME PACK:

This consists of: Fresh Milk. Fresh Orange Juice, Water, Coffee, Tea bags,
Sugar, Bread, Margarine, Jam or Marmalade, Cereal, Mixed Fruit, Beer, Lemonade,
Jar of Olives & 2 Bottles of wine.

The apartment is just 45 mins drive from the Sierra Nevada ski resort in Granada,
where all snow sports are practised in the winter months.

Wheelchair friendly

Bedroom 2, living room, kitchen and main terrace are wheelchair accessible.
In the course of the fall, the second terrace and the pool will also be made
wheelchair accessible, since our oldest son uses a wheelchair himself.

Booking Details

50% deposit of the total rental is payable on booking (None Refundable).
The balance is payable in Cash-Sterling on arrival at the property.
A returnable security deposit of £150 GBP will also be taken on arrival.
